🏗️ System Architecture

The Quest Center consists of 6 main components:

1. ⚔️ Status Window - Your character stats and daily progress
2. 📆 Quest Center - Individual tasks that earn XP
3. ⚔️ Mission Center - Larger projects containing multiple quests
4. 🎁 Reward Center - Items you can claim with earned XP
5. ⚠️ Priority Window - Priority management dashboard
6. 🎗️ Life Areas - Categories to organize your quests and missions </aside>

⚔️ Status Window Setup

Initial Configuration

1. Navigate to the Status Window section
2. Click on your character profile card
3. Fill in these properties:
   • Name: Your character/player name
   • Link to Task: Connect all your quests
   • Link to Gamified Task reward: Connect your rewards

📊 Understanding Your Stats

• Today's XP: XP earned from completed quests today
• All Time XP: Total XP accumulated across all time
• Current XP: Available XP for claiming rewards
• No. Of Tasks Today: Total quests due today
• No. Of Completed Task Today: Quests finished today
• Progress: Daily completion percentage </aside>

📆 Quest Center Management (Tasks)

Creating New Quests

1. Navigate to the Quest Center database
2. Click "+ New" to create a quest
3. Fill in the following properties:

📝 Required Properties

• Name: Quest title (e.g., "Complete project proposal")
• XP: Experience points for completing this quest (e.g., 50)
• Due Date: When the quest needs to be completed
• Status: Set to "Not started" initially
• Area: Select relevant life area (Work, Health, etc.)
• About me: Link to your character profile

🔗 Optional Relations

• Quest Priority: Assign High, Medium, or Low priority
• Quest Mission: Link to a larger project/mission
• Complete: Leave unchecked initially

✅ Completing Quests

1. Find your quest in the appropriate view (Today, In Progress)
2. Click the "Done" button
3. Status automatically updates to "Done"
4. XP adds to your profile instantly
5. Quest moves to completed section </aside>

⚔️ Mission Center Management (Projects)

Creating New Missions

1. Navigate to the Mission Center database
2. Click "+ New" to create a mission
3. Fill in the following properties:

📝 Required Properties

• Name: Mission title (e.g., "Launch Marketing Campaign")
• Due date: Project deadline
• Status: Set to "Not started" initially
• Project Type: Select from Business, Side Hustle, Content Creation, Learning, Physical Fitness, Personal life

🔗 Optional Relations

• Priority: Assign High, Medium, or Low priority
• Life Area: Connect to relevant life category
• Quest's: Link individual tasks/quests to this mission
• Complete: Leave unchecked initially

📋 Mission-Quest Relationship

Missions contain multiple Quests:

• Create quests and link them to missions
• Track overall mission progress through quest completion
• Complete mission when all related quests are done

✅ Completing Missions

1. Ensure all related quests are completed first
2. Click the "Done" button on the mission
3. Status updates to "Done"
4. Mission moves to completed section </aside>

🎁 Reward Center System

Creating Rewards

1. Access the Reward Center database
2. Click "+ New"
3. Configure reward properties:

📝 Required Properties

• Name: Reward title (e.g., "Coffee Break", "Movie Night")
• XP To Claim: Cost in XP (e.g., 100, 500, 2500)
• Status: Set to "Not Claimed"
• About Me: Link to your character profile

🖼️ Optional Properties

• Cover: Upload reward image for visual appeal
• Date Claimed: Leave empty initially

🎉 Claiming Rewards

1. Check your available XP in Status Window
2. Browse rewards in Reward Center
3. Verify you have enough XP (shown in Availability)
4. Click "🎁 Claim Reward" button
5. XP deducts automatically from your total
6. Status changes to "Claimed"
7. Date Claimed auto-fills with current date

Claimed rewards appear in the "Claimed Rewards" view.
